Eligible issues
A request may be reviewed when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description. The request must reach us within 30 days after delivery. We do not offer change-of-mind, preference-based, or no-reason returns.
Evidence and approval
Contact us with the order number, a clear explanation, and photos or video showing the item, packaging, label, and issue. Keep the item and all packaging while the review is open. Do not send anything back without written authorization; unauthorized returns are not accepted and may not be refunded.
Resolution and refund timing
After reviewing the evidence, we may approve a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund as appropriate to the verified issue. An approved refund is sent to the original payment method. Posting time is controlled by the bank or payment provider and can vary.
