Where we ship
We accept orders only for destinations that are available in checkout. A complete and accurate delivery address is required, and any shipping charge or free-shipping eligibility is confirmed before payment.
Processing and transit
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, the estimated carrier transit time is 2–4 business days. These time frames are estimates rather than guarantees; weekends, holidays, weather, carrier interruptions, customs activity, and address problems may cause delays.
Order details and tracking
Please review the recipient name, address, email, and phone before placing an order. When tracking is available, it is sent using the contact information supplied at checkout. A tracking scan may take time to appear after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Delivery exceptions
For a late, missing, damaged, refused, or incorrectly delivered parcel, contact us with the order number and relevant evidence. We will review the shipment record and work with the carrier where appropriate. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may remain the customer’s responsibility.
